Return Policy

1. Returns and Replacements:

1.1. The table below sets out our conditions for returns:

For refurbished products, you must return the product within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment.

Product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags.

For electronics, open products will be accepted if different from description or picture displayed.

You have changed your mind

Only in certain conditions as specified in our Returns Policy.

You have a right to return a product within fifteen (15) days of receipt of shipment.

For refurbished products, you must return the product within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment.

Returns are subject to category specific terms and conditions to be found in our Returns Policy.

 

1.2. Non-Returnable Products:

You are not entitled to return or replace any of the following products:

1. Classified as hazardous materials or containing flammable gases or liquids.

2. Previously used, damaged by you, or altered in a way different from its original condition.

3. Consumable items that have been used or installed.

4. Products without their unique serial number or that have been tampered with.

5. Specific categories, including but not limited to food and beverages, home products, digital books, swimwear, socks, underwear, contact lenses, health-related and personal care products, and certain baby products (such as teethers, sanitary napkins, baby wipes, and infant nutrition products), as well as music, video, and video games.

6. Non-returnable products for health reasons, opened after delivery, or mixed with other elements after delivery.

 

1.3. Contacting Us (for Return Coordination):

1.4. Refund Procedures:

   i. For delivered products, the full refund includes the product value subject to return, including the return fees (excluding fees paid for shipping the product to you), in cases such as defective products or products not matching the description on the website.

   ii. For products not delivered, you are entitled to a full refund if the purchase order is canceled according to section 2-6.

 

1.5. Refund Timing:

The refund will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the returned product at our customer goods preparation center. The final refund will be as follows:

   1. If the refund is to your credit/debit card, it will be within thirty (30) days of receiving the returned product at our customer goods preparation center.

   2. If the refund is to your electronic wallet, it will be processed immediately upon receiving and inspecting the product at our customer goods preparation center.

   3. If the purchase order is canceled before the shipping date, the refund will be automatic.

 

2. Defects and Damages in Products:

 

2.1. Warranty:

Ellashine's warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against any defects in materials, design, or manufacturing after the product is purchased. For specific products or cases where Ellashine is the seller, repairs covered by the warranty will be conducted at Ellashine's authorized service centers. For products purchased through another seller, the warranty terms of that seller apply. Except for Apple products (accessory warranty: one year), accessories for other electronic devices are warranted for six (6) months from the date of receipt. The warranty covers repair of the defective product, replacement of the defective part, replacement of the product, or a refund according to the purchase price/payment amount. Note that the warranty does not cover all products, and you should check the product listings to determine if the product includes a warranty.

 

2.2. Authorized Service Centers:

For products sold directly by us and for specific products, repairs will be carried out by service centers authorized by us. For products purchased from another seller, the warranty terms of that seller apply. For more details, please refer to Ellashine's specific warranty policy.

2.3. Warranty Period:

 

Repairing or replacing the product under the terms of this warranty does not constitute any right to extend or renew the warranty period. Warranty conditions are subject to the product manufacturer. For more details on specific product warranty conditions, please refer to the product support page for the purchased item.

 

2.4. Warranty Exclusions:

 

1. The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

   - Attempted repair by an unauthorized service center or damage caused by impact on the product body, such as screen breakage, twisting, and dents that may prevent the product from functioning.

   - Damage due to liquids, such as submersion or spraying of any electronic product with water or other liquids, or if the water presence indicator inside the device changes color (if equipped).

   - Modification or complete change of product drivers (commonly known as rooting in Android devices or jailbreaking in Apple devices).

   - Use of non-original accessories with the purchased product.

   - Removal of the serial number on the product.

   - Failure to perform regular maintenance and inspection of the product.

   - Replacement of consumables for the device (such as batteries, light bulbs, fuses, earphones, and printer ink).

   - Arbitrary use or misuse of the product for purposes other than intended or in a manner contrary to the manufacturer's operating and maintenance instructions.

   - Damage to the product due to overcharging beyond its specified battery capacity and failure to use it according to the basic instructions in its user manual or charging the device with a charger not approved by the manufacturer.

   - Any tampering with the seals on the battery cover or breaking of any of its cells.
